1. Sponsor
The Join the Rodeo Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Cowboy Jack's, a subsidiary of Ciao Hospitality located at 235 Walnut St. Libertyville, IL 60048. (“Sponsor”).
​
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members, are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law. Residents of certain states may be subject to additional eligibility requirements or disclosures.

3. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs on a semi-annual basis.
Opt-In / Entry Period: January 1 through June 30, July 1st through December 31st. (each a “Promotion Period”)
Drawing Date: On or about thirty (30) days following the close of the applicable Promotion Period.
Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter
A. Standard Entry (Email + SMS Opt-In)
During the applicable Promotion Period, eligible individuals may enter by signing up for Sponsor’s email and SMS (text message) programs and providing a valid email address and valid mobile phone number.
By entering via this method, you expressly consent to receive recurring promotional emails and automated marketing text messages from Sponsor at the email address and mobile number provided. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP.

B. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter the Promotion without subscribing to Sponsor’s email or SMS programs, eligible individuals may submit an entry via the designated online entry form available at thecowboyjacks.com/jtr-amoe during the applicable Promotion Period.
Entrants must complete all required fields on the entry form, including full name, valid email address, and valid mobile phone number, and submit the form as instructed.
Entries submitted via the AMOE will not result in enrollment in Sponsor’s email or SMS marketing programs and will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion, subject to the same limitations and odds as all other entries.
Limit one (1) entry per person per Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries, re-subscriptions, or attempts to enter using different methods will not increase chances of winning.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will be selected per Promotion Period.
Prize: One (1) $500 Visa® Gift Card
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified via email and/or text message using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
Unsubscribing from email or SMS messages after entry will not, by itself, affect eligibility; however, if a potential winner has opted out of all communications or provided invalid contact information, Sponsor may be unable to successfully deliver the winner notification, which may result in forfeiture of the prize.
If a potential winner does not respond within thirty (30) days of notification, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize.

9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.

10. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at thecowboyjacks.com/privacy.

12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

13. Governing Law
The Promotion is governed by the laws of the state of Illinois without regard to conflict of law principles.
